Kick-off meeting – Bologna, June 10, 2011

With the kick-off meeting on 10th June 2011 hold in Bologna, UHI  (Urban Heat Island) – Development and application of mitigation and adaptation strategies and measures for counteracting the global – project was officially launched!

The project is co-financed in the framework of the Central Europe Programme and will last until April 2014. The European Regional Development Fund will contribute to the project with around 3 million Euros.
18 partners are members of the project and are from 7 Central European countries: Austria, Czech Republic , Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland and Slovenia.
